Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and a pleasant dining environment for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise and train staff, ensuring adherence to service and hygiene standards.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control.
Handle customer complaints, feedback, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Create staff schedules and assign duties to meet peak service times.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant software systems and POS.
Ability to work under pressure and during flexible hours.
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
